5. Return Conditions

Approved returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • In original packaging

6. Refund Processing

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the review outcome.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing speed.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
